RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Thank you for shopping with Virgin Vixens Hair, we're here to help.

To be eligible for store credit, please email us at info@virginvixenshair.com with your order number and the items you are returning. Purchased items must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging. You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must have proof of purchase on any items you are returning. Send products sufficiently packaged, Virgin Vixens Hair LLC is not responsible for damages that occur during return shipment due to improper packing. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your store credit. Please be advised we do not offer refunds, only store credit.
